At Senior Solutions Consulting, we don’t charge for initial consultations with potential new clients.
The Honesty Of Our Free Consultations
Often, attorneys and advisors will invite potential clients to come into their offices, or meet with them online, collect all of the information on their situation and give them a bill for the service—even before reaching an agreed-upon plan.
That payment is a fee for consulting, and it often encourages a feeling of “sunk-cost” before a partnership begins. A force of trust, through money changing hands, without a plan of action in place. That’s not how we operate.
For years, we’ve maintained that initial meetings with our principals and partners should come at no financial cost to the people we’re helping.
It’s Important To Weigh Your Options
When a new client meets with us, for free, we collect as much information about their situation as we can. If we meet with you, we sit down and listen to what you need, where your assets are, and where you want to go in order to move forward confidently. We listen to how you want your family and your spouse taken care of. We listen, we learn, and we respond by building out a solution.
In our initial conversation, it’s not uncommon for us to start to draw out a plan on our whiteboards with potential clients, right then and there. We’ve been consulting on these topics for more than 60 years, and we’re the only firm in Indianapolis truly focused on Medicaid and VA Benefits; we can easily see how unique situations have common solutions.
Finally, we want you to review our ideas. Our clients often take a picture or screenshot of our plan before leaving the office. They discuss it with their loved ones and family members, even bring it up to other advisors when reviewing options. We encourage it.
Plenty of people who come into our office want to get started right away, but, for many, the decisions require careful consideration. Whether you like our plan or not, we’re happy that we were able to meet with you at no charge.
What To Expect If You Love Our Plan
After sitting down with our team, sketching out a plan, and reviewing your options, we can be ready to move forward as quickly as our clients prefer. Once engaged, we work with our clients for life – without ever charging additional fees.
Other firms, however, don’t behave the same way. After agreeing to a plan, many firms know they can hide costs throughout the process. That’s not how we operate at Senior Solutions Consulting.
Because you do not need an attorney to complete VA or Medicaid paperwork, there is just no need for you to pay exorbitant legal fees charged by other professionals. Our fee is a one-time payment, which is usually less than 50% of what many elder law firms charge.
We work closely with our clients, and their family members, as well as their tax and legal counsel. It’s important to get the input of whoever is involved to ensure that no issues are overlooked before, during, and after – without charging extra.
Why Our Clients Are Pleasantly Surprised
Legal services and government bureaucracy can often come off cold and overwhelming. The process can weigh heavy on the mind. But added stress isn’t a requirement. Based on the feedback from our clients and their family members, that’s not the case at Senior Solutions Consulting.
People often appreciate the warmth, honesty, dedication, and authenticity we carry with us throughout our work. The feedback we receive from those we’ve worked with is that we act and communicate like real, helpful, honest people.
It can be a stressful time, sometimes even in the midst of a crisis, when you thinking about seeking help for benefits and asset plans. We aim to ease that stress. We want to help you make decisions that are sometimes timely and navigate the cost of care with a sense of calm.
We respond quickly to your needs. Our clients appreciate how easy we are to get ahold of throughout their journey.
With experience also comes awareness. While our focus is on Medicaid and VA Benefits, we help our clients navigate through so much more. There are many topics, issues, and intricacies that come up when discussing aging. Because of our experience, we often help our clients with a medley of questions they have about healthcare services, nursing homes, old age, and more. It’s what we do.
Getting Your Free Initial Meeting Underway
All of our clients that have met the qualification guidelines have gained approval. That’s a 100% success rate. For us, there’s simply no greater satisfaction than when a family knows their benefits have been approved and that their loved one can get the care they need.
Get in touch with us online through our contact form on our website, or by giving us a call at 317-593-2732. We would love to help.
If you still find yourself unsure, read some of the testimonials from our clients and their families. We’ve successfully helped over 1,500 families qualify for Medicaid and over 1,750 veterans and spouses obtain benefits since 2000.
We proudly donate to The Alzheimer’s Association, CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions, The Gary Sinese Foundation, and the Indy Honor Flight. We’ve had the honor of working in conjunction with some of them, as well.
If you’re looking for resources, we’ve created a document checklist for Veterans Benefits as well as a checklist for Medicaid Benefits. If you have questions about any of the documentation, get in touch and we can clarify.
