Bio
The focus of my practice is in the area of Medicaid and Veteran’s Benefits. Since 2000 I have worked on more than 1000 Medicaid cases and over 1500 Veteran’s Benefits cases. I take pride in explaining all options available to my clients and help families qualify for benefit programs to help pay for care.

Kerry W. Mann

Bio
Kerry W. Mann was born a Hoosier and attended law school at the IU McKinney School of Law. Kerry served nine years on active-duty military in the U.S. Army over 15 years in the Army Reserves and is now retired from the Army. Kerry has championed the causes for veterans and their families. Nowhere does Kerry demonstrate his love of country and for veterans more so then in his approach to helping the elderly, especially veterans.

Kerry focuses his legal practice on wills, trusts, estates, probate, and real estate. His friendship and professional relationship with Matt and Wes have culminated in the co-locating of an office within Senior Solutions Consulting to better serve their joint clients. Kerry makes himself available to all clients and will often travel to their place of residence to assist them in their legal needs.

When Kerry is not in the office or available to his client’s he is with his wife and four children and two grandchildren, traveling, drag racing or attending events in which his children are participating.

Pamela Dunlap

Business Development, Elder Care Manager

Bio

Pamela has been a direct-provider, business-developer, and care-consultant in the industry of geriatrics for over thirty years. Working with corporations, families, and individuals in the areas of home care, rehabilitation, hospice, senior living, and long term care allows her to deliver great insight to all that she serves. She uses her extensive experience and knowledge to assist families and seniors in seeking their highest quality of life. Pamela’s specialty is knowing resources for financial, physical, and cognitive solutions for individuals aging with independence, dignity, and empowerment. Pamela has been a certified aquatics yoga instructor for more than 15 years and enjoys sharing therapeutic aquatic practices with people of all ages. Pamela’s favorite leisure activities include biking, being with family, gardening, and spending time in nature. Pamela grew up in Bloomington IN, and graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Recreational Therapy, specializing in geriatric neurology. She has lived in Columbia SC, South Bend IN, and has enjoyed raising her family in Indianapolis IN, her residence for the past 28 years.

Pamela’s favorite advice from her Grandfather: “Best way to make a friend is to ask for help”… she hopes you will seek her friendship soon.

Judy Warnock

Judy is a seasoned professional with over 20 years experience in office administration and project management and joined SSC in 2020. Having held positions in insurance, banking, human resources and education, Judy is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of a particular project. Judy has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University. Judy’s passion for working with people, attention to detail, and customer service focus contribute to her successfully serving the needs of our clients and staff members.

Michaela Nolan

Bio

Michaela has been with SSC since 2022. She enjoys collaborating with her coworkers to gain benefits for SSC’s clients. Her background is rooted in customer service stretching across multiple industries, and she is happiest at work when engaging with clients. When she’s not at the office, she can be found hiking and camping across Indiana with her daughter and husband. She also loves spending time with her family’s many animal friends.

Renee Anderson

Bio

Renee has worked with seniors for over 11 years, 5 of those at Senior Solutions Consulting. Renee is a people person and enjoys helping clients gather necessary documentation and navigate through the application process. Most people reach out during a crisis and it is a great feeling to see Wes and Matt create a plan that can ease their minds. The best part of working at Senior Solutions Consulting is the people in the office and the clients we meet every day.

Deb has been Attorney Kerry Mann’s paralegal for 19 years. She also holds her real estate and producer’s license. Her interests include family, reading, and anything involving warm weather and sun.

Bio

As Client Benefit Strategist with Senior Solutions Consulting, Andy assists SSC clients with planning. He is married with three adult children and a non-stop life. He is a 14-time marathoner including two Boston Marathons and has attended 57 consecutive Indianapolis 500’s (and counting).

Bio

Tim focuses his practice on retirement income, Long-Term Care planning and wealth building. As Client Liaison with Senior Solutions Consulting, Tim focuses on working with clients to gather documents, answer questions and assists with the benefit planning process.

When not working, Tim loves spending time with his wife and two young daughters.
