Getting To Know Senior Solutions Consulting

Generous benefits are available to help pay for assisted living, in-home care, and nursing home care.

The Values We Stand For

Senior Solutions Consulting was founded in 2000, we now have over 60 years of combined experience. When you or your family members work with us, we want to make sure you feel taken care of on all fronts.

We’re able to help Medicaid, the Medicaid waiver, and Veteran’s Affairs, and make it a point to help clients with everything from life insurance policies, health insurance policies, finances, choosing the right care facility, hospitals you visit, navigating family members and taxes.

There are so many changes that have occurred between now and then. It requires us to stay up-to-date, and our process to do so works.

We keep tabs on upcoming changes so often that even government representatives we speak to haven’t been notified through official announcements before we fill them in. We keep ourselves ahead of the world.

With changes always occurring, we at Senior Solutions Consulting believe it’s imperative to fight back against misinformation. There are many companies that profit off of fear and the unknown, and we don’t like it.

In the Social Media age, we work to keep tabs on changes while always keeping clients in a place that feels comfortable and safe, answering any questions and correcting any misconceptions that may be spreading through the rumor mill.

How We Design A Plan Around You

Before taking any action, we make it a point to meet with you or your family free of charge. Not just the once; we’ll meet with you multiple times before ever charging any engagement fees.

Why? Because we value your trust. We care about our clients. We want you to feel comfortable with us and our process. That’s one of the most important parts of working with Senior Solutions.

In our meetings, we’re pulling together all the information about your and your family. We take notes of your goals, objectives, incomes, assets, cost of care. We also have clients at every long-term care facility in Indianapolis. If you need long-term care on your roadmap, we help guide people beyond marketing brochures and into a place where they’ll get the quality of care they deserve.

Then we design the plan; oftentimes on a whiteboard, with you right in front of us. There are no secrets at Senior Solutions Consulting. There’s nothing we ever want to hide from you. Oftentimes our clients take pictures of the plans we sketch out to take home and consider; to weigh against other options they’re considering.

What We Learned From The COVID-19 Pandemic

Over the past 20 years, no one imagined a more far-reaching Pandemic than the one we recently experienced. We rose to the occasion, embracing technology to make sure our client’s worlds didn’t stop moving simply because of lockdowns.

We were able to keep family members close to the process through FaceTime, Zoom, video recordings, text messages, pictures, and more. We found that being able to keep family close to the process made a world of difference in a time of intense anxiety and stress.

As lockdown restrictions lift and we all adapt to new changes, we’re proud to start bringing people back into our offices. Technology isn’t always intuitive and easy to use, and many of our clients prefer face-to-face conversations. There’s nothing like a real handshake.

On this side of the Pandemic, we’ve been able to combine technology and in-person conversations to keep everyone informed, involved, and comfortable. With family members often spread out across the country or the world, we can have people in-person as well as calling in to bring everyone together.

What “Going The Extra Mile” Means At Senior Solutions Consulting

When we say we care about our clients, we mean it. Sometimes family isn’t close by, isn’t around, or may be estranged. We’ll be there, even on the weekends, because we know it really matters.

Because healthcare doesn’t follow a schedule and often arises all at once, we’ve built a team that’s well-versed in what we do who can field questions and give progress updates when they arise. While we operate from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, we make it a point to return your calls within 24 hours if they come up in the early morning, late evening, or after midnight.

When you’re in an emergency situation, you can’t afford to wait days or weeks to get a response from a trusted advisor. We make it a priority to keep in contact.
